Each person associated with Dominar F.A. (DFA) is joining an elite and tight-knit family and as such will be held to the highest standards and always accountable for his/her own behavior at all times whether on or off the field of play. At DFA we hold ourselves and our players to a higher standard and as such will radically enforce a Zero Tolerance policy for violation of any of the tenets outlined below.  As a player at DFA and representative of the organization,

 

I agree to the following:

 

• I will play with my heart while using my mind being fair and honorable at all times.

• I will obey the rules of the game and not resort to any violence due to disagreements.

• I will respect my coaches, officials, parents and all players at all times.

• I will display professionalism and a positivity, refraining from criticizing my coach, manager, teammates, parents, opponents or any game official and show respect to all.

• I will ONLY use kind words and gestures. I will not talk back to any coaches, teacher, etc. or any game official.  I will NOT use profanity and I understand that if I violate this rule I am subject to dismissal. Talking back to coaches or any official is not an acceptable behavior. Profanity is NEVER ACCEPTABLE and NOT allowed.

• I will always give my best effort in school, all training sessions and areas of nutrition.

• I will dedicate myself to my personal growth and the success of my team.

• I will challenge myself by learning to accept the decisions of game officials and coaches with optimism and patience though I may not always agree with the decisions.

• I will be humble and generous when I win and gracious when I lose.

• I will thank the opposition and show good sportsmanship at the end of every game and practice no matter what the outcome is because they have graciously blessed me with an opportunity to display my skill, advance my training and live my passion.

• I will not use or promote the use of alcohol, tobacco, drugs of any sort, at any game, the academy, or any place where my DFA family is present.

• I will not make any detrimental statements in public (radio, television, print or electronic media) in respect to the performance of any officials, players, coaches, supporters, or any decisions of DFA.

• I will play by the rules - the rules of DFA and the laws of the game.

• I will show the utmost respect for the facilities and equipment I am allowed to use at all times. Treating it better than I would if it were my own.

• I will not use information technology critically or in a harmful manner to make, post, or publish inappropriate comments or posts against players, clubs, club officials, match officials, the League, or DFA which is discriminatory or offensive. Information technology includes, but is not limited to, email, instant messaging, text messages, phone messages, digital images, website postings (including social media such as Facebook, Twitter and blogs).

• DFA will not tolerate conduct that is detrimental to the sport, the participants, or the community. Such conduct includes: Vulgarity by coaches, players or parents; harassment or belittling of officials, coaches or players; verbal abuse, threats or physical violence toward anyone before, during or after a match; and the taunting of opposing players, coaches and parents. We as one family must exercise appropriate control over those on the team who fail to control themselves.
